The Business:

OPUS Building Services Ltd are a mechanical, electrical & data contractor carrying out commercial, industrial and domestic services, from minor works to multi-million pound contracts.

OPUS offer a comprehensive range of services- from concept to completion including design, working closely with clients to ensure projects are completed on time and to budget.

The Background:

Gavin Richardson, Managing Director of OPUS Building Services, set up the firm in 2006 with business partner and Company Director, Ian King. The team is built around experienced Engineers and carefully selected site operatives; OPUS Building Services has gained a reputation for value, quality and service in the region and in it's first four years of trading has completed over £10 million worth of building services work for a range of prestigous clients.

The Future:

The long-term strategy for the business is to further develop it's reputation for price, quality and first class service. As local growth continues within the Tyne & Wear area, future plans include further satellite offices within the UK.
